Why per agency, not per seat?+
Insurance agencies grow by adding producers and CSRs. Per-seat pricing punishes that growth. Per-agency pricing lets you add team members without breaking the budget. Tier limits are based on channels, AI replies, voice minutes, and claims documents, the things that actually drive cost on our side.
What happens if we exceed our tier limits?+
Soft caps with a 10% grace each month. If you exceed the grace, you can either upgrade or buy an overage block. We never cut you off mid-month or shut down the AI without warning.
Is the AI included or charged separately?+
Included. Every tier ships with AI Reply, Voice AI, Smart Claims OCR, omnichannel routing, and the policy knowledge base. No per-token, per-call, or per-document upcharge inside your tier limits.
Can we cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel monthly. Annual plans get the discount but no auto-lock-in past the term. Data export is self-serve before and after cancellation.
Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?+
Yes. Insurtech startups (less than 24 months, less than €1M ARR) get 30% off the Starter tier for the first 12 months. Non-profit insurance cooperatives get the same. Email sales for the code.
